Q: Where do I go to download my products?
A: Once your payment has been registered in our system, you will receive an email with download links to your products. If you do not receive the links, please confirm that your payment has been processed, and contact us via email. Our system, like any other, occasionally has glitches. Keep in mind that we are available during business hours.

Q: Why didn't I get an email with links to my freebies?
A: Freebies can be downloaded directly from the freebie page. They should not be added to your shopping cart, as this causes problems when the system sees a zero balance for your order. Please just use the download links provided.
